Return and Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are applicable only if the service (meal delivery or training) has not yet commenced.
2. Meal Plan Refunds
- Refunds are possible only if meals have not yet been delivered.
- No refunds for partially delivered or consumed meals.
- Refunds will not be processed due to taste preference, delivery time changes, or personal inconvenience.
3. Training Plan Refunds
- Refunds are allowed only if no training sessions have started and the client hasn’t interacted directly with the coach.
- Once a session is booked or a plan is activated with a coach, the plan becomes non-refundable.
- In rare cases of coach unavailability or scheduling issues from our side, you may request reassignment or a partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, schedule conflict, or lack of results due to non-compliance.
- Any misuse, misrepresentation, or delay in communication from the client.
- All services availed under discounts or special promotions.
5. Refund Request Procedure
- Email your request to our support team with order ID and reason.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment source.
